Ireland Visa Photo Requirements

  • Both pictures must be identical.

    If you need to apply for an Ireland visa for a baby or newborn, you must also submit pictures for them. The requirements for babies and young children are as follows:

    • You (or anyone else) cannot be in the picture with the child.
    • There cannot be something else, such as toys, in the picture with the child.
    • Their eyes have to be open and they have to stare directly into the camera.
    • Their mouth must be closed.
    • They cannot have their hands or anything else obstructing their face.

    How to Submit the Ireland Visa Photo?

    The Ireland visa application has to be submitted in hard copies. Therefore, the pictures have to be printed on photograph paper and placed in an envelope along with the rest of the required documents for an Ireland visa application.
